<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller conveyor capable of facilitating the assembling of a conveyance roller, dispensing with any tool being exclusive for assembling, and achieving safety by eliminating a projection such as a roller shaft, a fastener or the like on an outer side face of a conveyor frame. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this roller conveyor, a plurality of rotatable conveyance rollers are arranged in parallel at the predetermined pitch between a pair of conveyor frames provided opposingly on both sides in the direction of shafts of conveyance rollers to support by a bridge, and a first folding line and a second folding line are provided in the direction of long side of one rectangular plate. Cut-out hole parts at the predetermined pitch are formed across the first folding line, and the first and second folding lines are folded to form a chevron shape or a trough shape, respectively. Both of ends of a shaft of conveyance roller are fitted into the cut-out holes folded to form the chevron shape or the trough shape on the first folding line, and both ends of the shaft of conveyance roller are surrounded by the inside parts of conveyor frames to lock and fix the roller shaft of conveyance rollers.
