<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily determine an optimal image processing condition with respect to a plurality of images obtained by dynamic photographing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the dynamic image processing system 100, a control part 41 of an image processor 4 calculates the thinning-out rate, on the basis of the number of frames of a dynamic image acquired by dynamic photographing; creates a thinned-out combination image, obtained by respectively thinning out a plurality of frame images with the calculated thinning-out rate and combining them; determines image processing conditions, on the basis of the thinned-out combination image created, and respectively, performs image processing of the plurality of frame images, on the basis of the determined image processing conditions.
