PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of low voltage driving. SOLUTION: In the organic EL display device, an organic EL element for emitting color includes phosphorescent light-emitting materials of a host material and a guest material in a light-emitting layer; an organic EL element emitting green light includes delayed fluorescent materials of a host material and a guest material in the light-emitting layer; a hole transport layer of an organic EL element for emitting the foregoing red light and a hole transport layer of an organic EL element for emitting the foregoing green light are constructed with the same material; and the hole transport layer of the organic EL element for emitting the foregoing red light and the hole transparent layer of the organic EL element emitting the foregoing green light are disposed in contact with each other.
