PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device capable of extending a game area toward a locking device arrangement side. SOLUTION: The locking device 4 includes: a hook mechanism 60 having a hook member to be attachable to and detachable from a metallic receiver on a glass door side; a lock mechanism 70; and a wire 44. The hook mechanism 60 includes a hook member which is arranged so as to be freely displaced between a locking position where the hook member is meshingly engaged with the metallic receiver, and an unlocking position where the hook member is rocked upward so as to be unlocked, and is normally held at the locking position by urging. The lock mechanism 70 includes a cam board to be turned when a key is inserted into a key hole 72, so as to perform an unlocking operation. The wire 44 is disposed by connecting a part between the hook member and the cam board and passing the side part of the game area 11. Tension to work on the wire 44 when the unlocking operation is performed is transmitted to the hook member, thereby displacing the hook member to the unlocking position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
