PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor abolishing the function of cAMP (the second messenger 3',5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate)-dependent protein kinase A type I to produce a pharmaceutical preparation for treating immunosupppressive disease (disorder). SOLUTION: There are described cAMP analogues inhibiting the cAMP-dependent protein kinase A (PKA) selected from the group consisting of Rp-8-Br-cAMPS, Rp-8-Br-monobutyryl-cAMPS, Rp-mono-butyryl-cAMPS, Rp-8-(4-chlorophenylthio)-cAMPS and Rp-piperidino-cAMPS, ribozymes, antisense DNA and peptides linking to an anchoring function domain of a PKA.
