PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive tape which hardly causes wrinkles when winding the tape, does not occur breaking between layers (layer fracture) upon peeling after a practical use under a load such as heat histroy for long period of time, is hardly torn off or hardly causes adhesive-transfer when being peeled from one side of a body to be adhered, and is excellent in peelability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the double-sided adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the double-sided adhesive tape comprises: a process of applying raw material liquid of an adhesive layer onto a nonwoven fabric base material, having a basic weight of 20 g/m<SP>2</SP>or more which substantially does not contain a binder component, to impregnate the raw material liquid to the interior of the nonwoven fabric base material; and a process of drying or curing the raw material liquid to form the adhesive layer which continues from the interior to both surfaces.
