PURPOSE: A scribing apparatus which separates motherboard in which plural cells are formed is provided to simplify constitution of a scribing apparatus and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A scribing apparatus(300) comprises: a first scribing unit(320) which forms a firs scribe line on the surface of motherboard(100) in which plural cells are formed; a second scribing unit(330) which forms a second scribe line on the surface of the motherboard; a rotation member between the first and second scribing units; and a common driving unit which lifts the second scribing unit when the first scribing unit descends and lifts the first scribing unit when the second scribing unit descends.
