PURPOSE: An application control method and system of the mobile terminal using gesture are provided to distinguish the gesture according to the contact signal and to control a background application conveniently through the command event corresponding to the gesture. CONSTITUTION: An application control system registers gesture(S1110). The application control system practices the first and the second application(S1120,S1130). In case the contact signal is created, the application control system distinguish the gesture about the connection signal(S1140,S1150). The application control system confirms the command event(S1160). The application control system controls the first application(S1170). |
