A method of producing a flexible termite resistant foam including the steps of mixing the ingredients supplied individually from separate vats to a mixing gun to project the reacting mixture into a large chamber having a sloping floor to 5 produce an open cell interlocular foam, forming the foam into a cylinder rotating the cylinder of foam and slicing thin sheets from the rotating cylinder. The termiticide can be added to the mixture to be incorporated into the foam during mixing, or incorporated into the foam after slicing into a sheet. Preferably the foam incorporates and agent to facilitate flame bonding to a plastic sheet, the 10 plastic sheet being treated during manufacture to facilitate the flame bonding. |
