TIME CONTROL SYSTEM AND TIME SWITCHING METHOD AT DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time control system and a time switching method at a daylight saving time for switching time to a proper time zone in accordance with the operation of the daylight saving time per building.

SOLUTION: A remote control center 10 includes a storing part 2 for storing daylight saving time information about the operation of the daylight saving time per building 8a-8c and a management part 3 for daylight saving time information for setting the switching information and conditions related to the daylight saving time and transmitting them to facility control units 13a-13c based on the stored information about the operation. The facility control unit 13 includes control units 5a-5c for controlling the daylight saving time for controlling the time of inside clocks 14a-14c in an elevator and time determining parts 4a-4c for determining whether time satisfies the switching conditions or not. The control units 5a-5c for controlling the daylight saving time switch time display devices 9a-9c in elevator cars 11a-11c based on the information about switching when it is determined that the time satisfies the switching conditions.
