PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating roller which is excellent in quick response and is satisfactory in the efficiency of heating a tubing in a resistance exoergic heating system. SOLUTION: The heating roller has a heating wire covered with an insulating material and the tubing formed to be cylindrical, wherein the heating wire comes into contact with a surface of the tubing.
