PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that does not use a complicated bridge circuit, uses a dryer of a one-way flow specification, and in which a liquid coolant is supplied to the dryer during both cooling and heating operations. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 performs cooling operation or heating operation by circulating a CO2 coolant, and includes a bypass 60 for communicating a high pressure side coolant pipe to a low pressure side coolant pipe via the dryer 62.
