<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone device capable of effectively utilizing an incoming call history memory. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When incoming call histories are displayed and a user selects one's party for calling (steps S10-S14), setting for leaving or deleting the incoming call histories are read from a memory, and only the newest history of one's party is deleted in setting for deleting only the newest history (step S18).
