Provided is a disposable body fluid absorbent wearing article that makes it possible to reduce the feeling of dampness. An inseam part of the disposable body fluid absorbent wearing article includes a fluid permeable sheet (2), a fluid impermeable sheet (3), and a fluid absorbent core material (4) disposed between the fluid permeable sheet (2) and the fluid impermeable sheet (3). A non-facing surface (2a) of the fluid permeable sheet (2), which is the opposite side to the surface facing the core material (4), is covered with a fluid permeable cover sheet (5). The cover sheet (5) includes a plurality of ridge parts (34) and a plurality of trough parts (36), which extend in parallel in forward and rearward directions. The cover sheet (5) further includes a middle region (41) that is attached to the non-facing surface (2a) along the width direction (B) of an inseam part (6), and lateral regions (42) that are disposed at the two outer sides of the middle region (41), respectively, and are not attached to the non-facing surface (2a). The lateral region (42) includes at least one trough part (36) and also one ridge part (34) that is disposed further outside in the width direction (B) than the trough part (36).
