The valve (10) has valve devices (12-18) e.g. overflow valves, for mutually securing consumer circuits (12'-18'). A pressure-medium path (20) originates on a consumer side of one of the valve devices. A switching device with an operating piston is arranged in the path in a movable manner, where the piston has a pressure medium channel e.g. groove and hole. The piston releases the path over the channel, in a switching position of the piston. The path is closed in another switching position of the piston by sealing elements e.g. O-rings, and the piston.
