The method involves exciting a thymus gland by mechanical and/or electrical and/or electromagnetic and/or thermal stimulations, and transferring energy from a resonance body to the gland, where the body overlies on a skin. The mechanical stimulation is caused by a loudspeaker, linear magnet and piezoelectric. The electromagnetic stimulation is caused by energy transmission to the gland from monochrome light by set of lasers or LEDs and/or organic LED (OLED). The electric stimulation and the thermal stimulation are caused by electrodes and thermocouples respectively. An independent claim is also included for a device for simulating immune defense comprising clamping devices, where the device is formed as a piece of jewelry made of platinum, gold, silver and stainless steel.
