The device has a structural unit (12) partially made of a lightweight material, and a fixation unit (14) i.e. screw, fixing the structural unit at a shaft (10) i.e. camshaft. A portion of the fixation unit and a portion (16) of the structural unit exhibit identical heat expansion coefficients. The structural unit has a construction unit (18) exhibiting reduced clamping length (20) than the latter portion. The structural and fixation units form a gap seal (26). The latter portion has a fluid line groove (30) i.e. ring segment groove, arranged at a radial inner side (32) of the latter portion.
