ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to reduce a driving voltage and power consumption by removing the condition increasing resistance of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110) and a second substrate(180) faces each other to be separated. A first or a third sub pixel is located on the first substrate. A lower part coated layer(125) is located in one among the first or the third sub pixel. An upper part finishing layer(126) is located on the lower part coated layer. The upper part finishing layer is contact with a part of the upper electrode(122) exposed through the first or the third sub pixel. The lower part coated layer is formed into the organic compound. The organic compound is formed in the front side of the upper electrode in order to expose a part of the upper electrode.
