<p>Invention refers to supplementary devices for mountain skies, especially to knee joint protection devices, which protect knee joints and leg muscles against strokes and overload, as well as it helps to minimize load of skier's weight on knee joint. Knee joint device comprises the first element (1) attached to a thigh and the second element (2) attached to a shin, and hinged connection (3) which is between the first and second elements (1, 2), wherein the second element (2) through transition element (10) is connected to user's ski boot (4), and shock-absorber (6), which is hingedly connected to the second element (2) and to the first element (1) through guide (5). Device further comprises a guide (5), which is slidingly attached to the first element (1) and dual-position lever (7), where its first end (7B) is hingedly connected to the guide (5) and its second end (7A) is hingedly connected to the second element (2).
