<p>The present invention relates to a solid-state radiation detector comprising a photosensitive sensor associated with a radiation converter or scintillator. The fields of application of this type of detector are in particular radiology: radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, but also non-destructive testing. The detector comprises a rigid input window (14) through which the radiation upstream of the scintillator (13) passes, the scintillator (13) being placed between the sensor (12) and the input window (14), the sensor (12) comprising a substrate (15) and photosensitive elements (16) that are placed on the substrate (15). According to the invention, the input window (14) is shaped so as to match the shape of the scintillator (13) and is fastened in a moisture-tight manner to the substrate (15) of the sensor (12).</p> |
