PURPOSE: A Rear Parking Assistance System/PAS interlocked with an Audio Video Navigation system of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to confirm the position of obstacles by outputting a warning bell. CONSTITUTION: An RPAS/PAS system interlocked with an AVN system of a vehicle comprises a sensor unit(20), a speaker unit, a display unit(30), and a control unit(40). The sensor unit detects obstacles and transmits a sensor signal. The speaker unit outputs a warning bell. The display unit offers a driver a camera image displaying the surrounding area. The control unit transmits a control signal based on distance information and sensor information between obstacles and a vehicle. The speaker unit outputs the warning bell through speakers(10,11,12,13).
