PURPOSE: A scarfing burner using water decomposition gas is provided to prevent defect along the width of a scarfed material by spraying the water decomposition gas at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A scarfing burner using water decomposition gas comprises an upper block(10), a lower block(20), and an oxygen supply unit(14). The upper block comprises one or more water decomposition gas distribution chambers(12) along the width. The lower block comprises one or more water decomposition gas distribution chambers along the width. The oxygen supply unit provides oxygen through the space between the upper and lower blocks to induce the oxidation of a scarfing target.
