PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof rubber composition improved both in heat resistance and fatigue resistance in a balanced manner after vulcanization, and a vibration-proof rubber. SOLUTION: The vibration-proof rubber composition includes a rubber ingredient comprising natural rubber or a blend of natural rubber and diene-type synthetic rubber as a main ingredient, wherein 0.2-4 pts.wt. of a bismaleimide compound, 0.5-3.5 pts.wt. of a sulfenimide compound, and 0.5-6.5 pts.wt. of a thiazole compound are contained based on 100 pts.wt. of the rubber component.
