PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a readily operable transmission of a fertilizer applicator having integrated functions to perform variable speed operation (metering operation) of driving or whole row stopping operation. SOLUTION: The transmission of the fertilizer applicator includes: a friction disk type transmission 81 disposed in the course of a power transmission route for transmitting power from a traveling transmission case of a work vehicle 100 to the fertilizer applicator 40 having a plurality of delivering parts 43 disposed on the rear of the work vehicle 100. The friction disk type transmission 81 includes: a driving disk 83 installed on an input shaft 82; a driven disk 84 slidably disposed in the shaft center direction on an output shaft 85 so as to bring the outer peripheral surface thereof into slide contact with the driving disk 83; an operation shaft 88 for moving the driven disk 84 in the radial direction of the driving disk 83, and performing the variable speed operation; a power disconnecting and connecting clutch 95 for slidably moving the driving disk 83 on the input shaft 82, separating or urging the driving disk 83 to the driven disk 84, and bringing the driving disk 83 into contact with the driven disk 84; and a power ON and OFF means 93 installed at the tip of the output shaft 85.
