PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a server side needs to determine modules to be ready for services to transmit them when general-purpose gateway equipment is used for the services for information household electric appliances or remote-control maintenance setting services, but management, check and determination become complicated due to the diversified combinations of the services, the equipment and the modules, thus increasing man-hours. SOLUTION: Combinations of gateway modules which are ready for various equipment which general-purpose gateways for control, gateways and control equipment are managed by a configuration where a gateway management server is connected via a network to the general-purpose gateways for control.
