PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ribbon cartridge that can apply stable delivery resistance to an ink ribbon so as not to damage the ink ribbon. SOLUTION: The ink ribbon cartridge 50 includes a cartridge case 53 storing the ink ribbon 51, and a plate spring 60 and a spring receiving part 59 holding the ink ribbon 51 delivered from the cartridge case 53 to apply delivery resistance. A contact part of the plate spring 60 with the ink ribbon 51 is formed with a first contact part contacting a width direction within the width of the ink ribbon 51, and a second contact part formed to go away from the ink ribbon 51 as it goes away from the first contact part and allowing one end in the width direction of the ink ribbon 51 to come in contact.
