<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce beat sounds, without having to control the oscillation of a moving core by means of the friction between the moving core and a guide pipe. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the solenoid valve that includes a bobbin 2 having a coil 1 wound around the outer circumference, with a frame 3 having a pair of first and second support plates 31 and 32, which hold the bobbin therebetween, a guide pipe 4, which is inserted into the inner circumference of the bobbin; a fixed magnetic core 5; which is fixed to the first support plate, in a state where it is inserted into the inner circumference of the guide pipe at the tail thereof; a moving core 6, which is slidably inserted into the guide pipe; and a valve body 7 which is fixed to the tip of the moving core; and a cylindrical spacer 8, which fills the gap between the guide pipe 4 is provided on the inner circumference of the bobbin 2. Preferably, the spacer 8 is provided in between first and second collars 34 and 35, which are inserted into the inner circumference of the bobbin 2 from the tail side and the tip side so that the spacer 8 is compressed by both the collars 34 and 35.
