<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that while a method such as combining of a plurality of optical lenses is used in order to detect an SPOT area and to correspond to a desire of miniaturization in a thermopile type infrared detecting device, the structure is complicated and the plurality of optical lenses are necessary to be used, thereby increasing the cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When an SPOT detection area is formed in a space having a saved volume, while allowing one optical lens to maintain a focal length, a mirror is provided on an optical path between the optical lens and a thermopile infrared detector.
