<p>The single-piece window comprises a monolithic layer (202) and a fiber reinforced layer (203) that are arranged to each other in sandwich construction and are transparent for visible light. The monolithic layer comprises an internal side and an external side, which are covered by the fiber reinforced layer, which comprises reinforcement fibers and a transparent matrix. The reinforcement fibers comprise glass fibers. The transparent matrix is implemented as polymethyl methacrylate matrix. A part of the reinforcement fibers of the reinforcement layer has a diameter of such a size.
