The detector has a scintillator (10) converting an X-ray radiation (15) into a visible light, and a photodiode matrix (11) transmitting the light to an electrical load. A substrate (13) is arranged in the photodiode matrix, and a reset light device (14) i.e. LED-array, is arranged below the substrate, which is made up of fully transparent glass. The substrate is formed partially transparent and partially opaque depending on the direction of arrival of the light inclined on an upper surface of the substrate or depending on striking position of the inclined light.
