PURPOSE: An electric power generating device using radiant heat of an electric lamp is provided to generate power without a mechanical driving mechanism by using a thermoelectric element module using a seebeck effect. CONSTITUTION: A light unit(10) comprises a reflector(12) reflecting a light of an electric lamp(11). A thermoelectric element module(110) using a Seebeck effect generates an electromotive force due to the temperature difference between a low temperature part and a high temperature part. The high temperature part is formed by heat which is generated in the reflector. The low temperature part is opposite the electric lamp around the reflector. The low temperature part is formed with an external medium. |
