LIGHTING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DRIVING A FUNCTION BLOCK OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A lighting device and a function block driving method thereof are provided to emit lights of various colors by controlling a plurality of luminous devices that emit red, green, blue, and white lights. CONSTITUTION: An adaptor(30) is electrically connected to lighting device sockets(11,12). A power supply unit is installed in the adaptor. An LCD driver is installed in the adaptor. The LCD driver uses the power supplied by the power supply unit to generate drive power. A luminous device's lighting part(20) is connected to the adaptor. The luminous device's lighting part comprises a plurality of luminous devices which are driven by the drive power provided from the LCD driver. A function block(60) comprises an infrared sensor, an image sensor, a smoke sensor, a motion sensor, or a thermal sensor. A controller controls the LCD driver and the function block.
