FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed extrusion head comprises split housing consisting of four sections. Second section has recess for circulation of cooling water. Said sections are arranged to make two extrusion channels communicated with feed channel. Forming channels have shaped cross section representing window cornice and six grooves arrange symmetrically in sections, at channel bottom part, and two grooves in channel top part with form-forming upper surfaces in the form of flat-dripping curve. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality due to optimum selection of forming channel cross section geometry. ^ 3 dwg
