FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology used to produce coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of formula components, girasol-sunflower cutting, drying in microwave field at specified parametres of the process and frying, tangerine pulp drying in microwave field at specified parametres of the process and additional convective drying, mixing of specified components and cryo-grinding of produced mix in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology. |
