PURPOSE: A rotary parking apparatus with a releasing part is provided to increase the accuracy of operation due to successive operation, improve durability, and minimize malfunction by simplifying structure. CONSTITUTION: A rotary parking apparatus with a releasing part comprises a rod, an electro-magnetic plate, and a releasing unit. The rod is connected to a hanging pin of a carrier(20). The electro-magnetic plate is integrated with the end of the rod. The releasing unit is releases the hanging pin by pulling the electro-magnetic plate using an electromagnet.
