PURPOSE: A catalyst heater is provided to uniformly contact fuel with a catalyst unit by spreading the fuel and to generate a high-temperature by burning the fuel. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst heater comprises a housing(10), a chamber(20), a diffusion unit(30), a catalyst unit(40), a preheating unit(50), and an emitting unit(60). The housing has a valve(13) for supplying fuel. The chamber is filled with the fuel supplied to the housing. The chamber uniformly diffuses and discharges the fuel. The diffusion unit diffuses the fuel exhausted from the chamber. The catalyst unit catalyzes the fuel diffused from the diffusion unit. The preheating unit preheats the catalyst unit. The emitting units emit the combustion heat generated in the catalyst unit to the outside.
