PURPOSE: A heat collecting plate for a cooking vessel is provided to maximizing the thermal efficiency of a gas range by providing a heat collecting plate which the flame of a gas range is efficiently applied to a cooking vessel. CONSTITUTION: A heat collecting plate for a cooking vessel comprises: a first heat collecting plate(20a) which is a cylindrical shape which the diameter is gradually enlarging from the top to the bottom; a second heat collecting plate(20b) which is stacked on the first heat collecting plate and is shaped which the middle is concaved; a third heat collecting plate(20c) which is stacked on the second heat collecting plate and is shaped which the diameter is gradually narrowing from the top to the bottom. |
