PURPOSE: A manhole cover fixing device is provided to prevent the separation and noise due to the displacement of a manhole cover by pressing the inside of a manhole support. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover fixing device comprises a fastener(20) and a manipulation bolt(30). The fastener is fixed to the edge of a manhole cover(10). The fastener is made of a pressing unit and a lever. The pressing unit faces an inner wall of a manhole support(40). The lever moves the pressing unit to the inner wall. The manipulation bolt fixes the manhole cover to the manhole support by pressing the side wall.
