<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a courtesy service system capable of promoting the use of a store by a customer, and activating a shopping avenue. <P>SOLUTION: A recording medium reading device 30 is installed in a shopping avenue or the like. Also, a headquarter server 10 is provided with a substitution information table t3 in which substitution destination courtesy information is preliminarily stored so as to be associated with each of a plurality of courtesy information combination patterns. When the courtesy information recorded in a recording medium carried by the customer is read by the recording medium reading device 30, the headquarter server 10 decides whether or not the courtesy information combination pattern stored in the substitution information table is established from the read courtesy information, and when it is established, the headquarter server 10 acquires the substitution destination courtesy information corresponding to the pattern from the substitution information table t3.
