The element (11) has a fiber reinforced plastic material (12) comprising magnetic elements (13, 14) that are distributed in entire plastic material over a cross section of the element. The magnetic elements are provided in outer edge region (16) of the cross section in higher concentration than at inner region (17) of the cross section. A center region (18) is provided in center of the cross section of the element. The magnetic elements comprise powder, fiber or splinter. An insert made of a magnetic material is provided in the plastic material.
