The invention is a system for dehumidifying and/or drying plastic material, comprising: a process fluid generator (G); hoppers (T1, T2, ..., Tn) containing plastic material (P), inside which said process fluid is introduced; adjusting and/or on-off valves (V) for the process fluid flow rate; sensors and/or devices (S) for measuring the process fluid flow rate; devices (LC) for measuring the quantity of material drawn/delivered from/to said hoppers (T1, T2, ..., Tn); an electronic control unit (U) suited to modulate the flow rate of the process fluid flowing out of said generator (G) and/or into said hoppers (T1, T2, ..., Tn) according to said quantities of material.
