PURPOSE: A communications security method of personal health information and the device thereof are provided to transmit safely health information of a user to a designated health management server by transmitting an encryption key and a decryption key to a user terminal and a health management server through local communications. CONSTITUTION: A security key issue unit(3) issues an encryption key and a decryption key to a user terminal(1) and a health management server(2). A user(6) measures health condition using a biometric signal measuring unit(5). The user terminal gets the health information of the user. The health information is transmitted on the encrypted state. A healthcare service provider grasps the health information through the health management server.
