PURPOSE: A method for forming magnetic material pattern in a live cell is provided to easily monitor metabolic process and structure of the live cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming pattern of a magnetic material in a live cells comprises: a step of preparing plural magnetic materials of which surface is modified; a step of preparing plural magnetic materials based on one live cell; a step of applying focused magnetic field to the live cell; a step of passing magnetic force bundle with respect to the live cell in a certain direction; a step of arranging plural magnetic materials; and a step of confirming arranged pattern. The magnetic materials are magnetitie(Fe_3O_4), maghemite(gamma-Fe_3O_4), covalt felite(CoFe_2O_4), manganses oxide(MnO), manganese ferrite(MnFe_2O_4), iron-platinium alloy(Fe-Pt alloy), cobalt-platinium alloy(Co-Pt alloy), or cobalt(Co). |
