PURPOSE: An automatic level curb and gutter construction apparatus and a cast-in-place construction method of curb and gutter for landscape architecture using the same are provided to continuously construct curbs and gutters or curbs and the integrated structure on the roadside. CONSTITUTION: An automatic level curb and gutter construction apparatus comprises a base(10), a molding unit(20), a lift device and a controller. The base comprises one or more front and back wheels(11) and a handle(13). The molding unit is composed of a hopper(21) in which concrete is provided and a form(22) for placing concrete into a specified shape, mounted on the base, and continuously constructs structures for landscape architecture. The lift device raises or lowers the molding unit according to the level for construction. The controller controls the operation of the lift device.
