PURPOSE: An apparatus for stabilizing a second protection circuit of a battery pack is provided to improve the safety and the marketability of the battery pack by reducing the malfunction of a first protection circuit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for stabilizing a second protection circuit of a battery pack comprises the following: an Li-ion cell stack including plural cells; a first protection circuit controlling a charging or discharging by monitoring voltages of each cell; the second protection circuit discharging the voltage when the voltage is higher than the voltage monitored from the first protection circuit; and a delay circuit controlling a fuse to open by turning on a first switching device.
