The device has inlet lines (4, 6) transporting air and fuel and air mixture to combustion chambers. A movable splash partition (7) is placed inside the line (6) and extends in proximity to an inlet port (3) to seal a branch (11) of a recycling conduit (10). The partition has a radial sealing plate (12) at vicinity of its end opposite to the port, such that the plate and conduit are placed between a cylinder head and a distributor. An independent claim is also included for an internal combustion engine having combustion chambers.
