The sealing (1) has a flexible profiled sealing band provided with a line securing element over length, where the sealing band is made up of silicone. An outer side of the sealing band is attached to a wall region provided with a combined adhesion-and sealing compound (4) that is adhered with adhesive and is covered with a peelable protective sheet. The adhesion-and sealing compound adheres on the sealing and wall region, where an outer surface of the adhesion-and sealing compound is clogged below the peelable protective sheet. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a joint sealing.
