PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a photovoltaic module is provided to improve the flexibility, the thermal insulation property and the stickiness of the module by applying an UR adhesive between solar cells and fusing a substrate sheet and a backing fusing sheet at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: Solar cells and a backing-fusion sheet are located on a substrate sheet in order to form a photovoltaic module(40). Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film is laminated between the solar cells and the backing-fusion sheet to form a laminated layer. An UR adhesive from an UR adhesive application unit(41) is applied to the laminated layer. The UR adhesive is photo-cured. The laminate layer is fused in a heating furnace with a temperature between 120 to 300°C. Vacuum is generated in the heating furnace. |
