The system has axially movable parts (40B, 42B) and axially fixed parts (40A, 42A) arranged on ends of coaxial coupling devices (40, 42), respectively, where the fixed and movable parts are brutal coupling clutch disks. The movable parts are coupled alternatively with the fixed parts by controlled axial displacement of a rotating synchronization body (34) so that rotating speed of the fixed parts is alternatively adjusted to that of the body by alternatively transferring two inertia to the body to change speed of an input shaft (18), until the shaft reaches target speed, by the inertia.
