PURPOSE: An IPTV broadcasting service system is provided, wherein in case a user boots an IPTV set top box or converts channel during audition of a broadcasting program of a special channel, an IPTV broadcasting service system and method thereof immediately output a video image of a new channel. CONSTITUTION: According to a request of a home gateway(24), a aggregation switch(22) transmits a multicast broadcast stream of a special channel. A caching server(23) cashes a received multicast broadcasting stream as a predetermined amount. According to a request of the home gateway, a caching server transmits cached multicast broadcasting stream of a special channel from I frame. According to a request of an IPTV set top box(25), the home gateway transmits a multicast broadcast stream. |
